Main topics:General introduction to the interpretation of the European
Convention on Human Rights, Reservations and derogations, Protection of
property.
Required reading: The students will at the beginning of the course be
provided with a list of selected judgments from the ECtHR.
It is expected that the students will prepare to each lecture by
reading this material, and this will enhance the students, learning outcome.
Class formate: Lectures, class discussions and case-law analysis.
